Allows rapid and secure mounting of the Manfrotto 200PL camera shoe. It can be attached to most flat surfaces including the Eclipse Rover mounting plates, Eclipse Pan and Tilts or a tripod head.

When attaching to a flat surface the included mounting spacer is required.
